PACC Vision: The Essential Partner for Contractor Excellence
This is our organization's vision of the future -- a future in which partnership with PACC is seen as absolutely essential to the success of all quality, professional HVACR contracting businesses.
PACC's vision has six main components -- each of which will contribute to the achievement of the goal implicit in our vision statement:
- Our Vision for Education and Training: PACC contractors have the training, knowledge, tools and techniques they need to be successful.
- Our Vision for Membership: PACC's membership is comprised of the entire HVACR contracting community.
- Our Vision for Government Relations: PACC members are informed and actively involved in legislative and regulatory issues.
- Our Vision for Industry Relations: PACC is the leading voice of the contractor's community in the HVACR industry.
- Our Vision for Utility Relations: A positive business climate exists between PACC's contractors and the utilities.
- Our Vision for Workforce Component: The existing and future workforce regards employment by PACC contractors as fulfilling, rewarding and career-oriented.
Mission Statement
To assist and enable PACC members to acquire, serve and satisfy their customers by:
- providing the highest quality technical and management information and services;
- promoting good business ethics and sound business practices;
- being the standard of excellence by which others are measured;
- influencing public policy to improve the business climate;
- enhancing the image of contractor professionalism to government, industry and the public; and
- maintaining and expanding PACC's membership base and sphere of influence.
